Swimming Pool
Here at Cape Cornwall Club we are proud of our stylishly designed, new, heated, indoor pool, it is topped off with a stunning roof designed by a renowned architect.
With recliner chairs and sunbeds surrounding the tranquil aqua-marine water, where else better than to while away your day with a good book? If storms batter at the windows, it is warm and snug in the pool house, and the perfect place to escape from the elements. If the sun is shining, slip out through the French windows and into the tranquil courtyard where you can sunbathe in peace.
If you indulged a bit too much the previous night, perhaps allowing yourself one too many local ales, why not take advantage of our newest addition to the pool room. Our sauna is just the place to sweat out all your toxins.
We also have a huge hot tub, complete with jets, which is the ideal place to hang out with your buddies.
Opening Times
In the summer season, our pool is open all day, every day, from 8am until 8pm – booking or calling ahead is essential.
During the winter, our pool opening times are reduced to 8am – 6pm, every day. Later swim sessions are available on request but must be booked by midday, on the day.
Our pool is privately booked from 3:30 – 6pm on Tuesdays during term time – meaning there is no access to walk in customers, members and hotel guests during these times.
Membership Options
Our pool membership is only £40 a month or £60 for two of you!
If you prefer to pay as you arrive, then we offer walk up rates of just £10 for adults.
Children can use our pool for £6 if they are 15 and under, or £3 if they are 2 and under.
We also offer a family rate (two adults and two children) of £25 a session.
Or, if you prefer to mix it up and include the gym, then we are offering you the chance to have it all for only £60 a month per adult.
Our pool can be privately hired for £60 an hour, perfect for those wanting to have a quiet swim session with exclusive use, or for birthday parties and gatherings.
Swim – £40 per month, £200 per six months, £400 per annum
Swim joint – £60 per month, £300 per six months, £600 per annum
Swim (15 and under*) – £15 per month, £75 per six months, £150 per annum
Swim (2 and under*) – £7.50 per month, £37.50 per six months, £375 per annum
Gym – £40 per month, £200 per six months, £400 per annum
Gym Joint – £60 per month, £300 per six months, £600 per annum
*under 15’s must be accompanied by an over 18 at all times
Health and Safety
Here at Cape Cornwall Club we take the health and safety of all our Members and guests seriously.
While we do not have a lifeguard on duty, our reception staff are able to keep an eye on the pool, from the front desk, through our monitor screen. The number of swimmers is limited in line with our health and safety guidelines and insurance policy, more information can be given on this if you wish to call reception and discuss.
